Located on ten acres near the West End, RiverPlace is nestled just across Main Street from Falls Park on the Reedy, a $13.5-million project that includes a pedestrian bridge, public garden and walking trails.

RiverPlace is a $65-million, mixed use, three-phase project. The largest single development in downtown history, Phase I of RiverPlace will include an 87,000-square foot office/retail building, RiverHouse (ten luxury residences), 155 RiverPlace (36 mid-priced residences), a Hampton Inn & Suites and a fine-dining restaurant. Terrace at RiverPlace is the first building in Phase II of the RiverPlace development. Future buildings are still in the design process, with the building mix to be determined.

An $11.5-million underground parking structure has already been completed as part of Phase I and provides secure card access to the parking garage elevator and lobby entrance.
